When a man laughed at his dog after it slipped on ice, karma came back to bite him almost immediately.

A YouTube video had shown the man cruelly laughing at his pet, who was wearing cute little snow shoes.

What made it worse was he seemed to have partly caused the accident by calling the dog over.

As he went to see if his pet was Okay, he got his just desserts, crashing to the ground after also slipping.

Surprisingly YouTube users seemed to be more concerned with the dog’s footwear, with Fragglestickcar88 saying: ‘Take the damn shoes off, why the hell does your dog need shoes?’

The incident happened in Brooklyn’s McGolrick Park, in New York, on Saturday.
