Most of us learnt about ice the hard way. This dog is no exception.

The adorable Bernese Mountain Dog – who must have taken one hell of a run-up – stumbles around on the sheet ice before crashing to the ground and sliding ridiculously far.

In a slow-motion video posted on Instagram by user TJ Parker the dog’s jowls are seen flapping uncontrollably as it tumbles.

He or she powers towards the camera like a run-away juggernaut and disappears from frame.
